Offered is a very nice vintage Telechron Electrolarm 700 Series Art Deco Skyscraper Alarm Clock. The clock runs great, with no unusual noises and keeps time well. The alarm also works great, as does the dial light (note – the current bulb appears to be a GE 14 instead of the original GE 41, but it works fine and is VERY easy to change). There are no cracks or breaks in the case although there is some dust… , and the face and glass are in very good condition – even the silvering around the face glass looks very good with only very minor wear. The clock does have some minor issues – it is missing some white vertical trim pieces on the front (see photos) although all of the original red pieces are present. It is also missing the alarm set knob, so the alarm works but you can’t currently change the alarm time. The power failure indicator has been tested and works – sets and resets as expected. Also, the alarm interrupt works fine (lever on the front). The item “Vtg Telechron Electrolarm 700 Art Deco Skyscraper Style Clock, Working, with Alarm” is in sale since Sunday, August 2, 2020.
